Wow- I'm already tired and the Holidays aren't even here yet!!!

Halloween

Happy Halloween, tho I am so tired of it and it truly is a worthless holiday but we still participate in it, I could do with out. It is fun for the kids to dress up and I do LOVE the chocolate. The point of it?? A bunch of money for costumes you wear about once, you run around greedly collecting candy that is not good for you in anyway, shape or form and blah, blah, blah. People are starving in places and we dress up and run around getting candy- why dont we pass food out to the hungry???

Mary Kay

I am very casually selling Mary Kay products. I am so tired of going to the store and buying the wrong stuff and being stuck with it- so I decided to sell MK only so I can purchase it myself without a pushy salesman!! So I will not pressure anyone, I have some catalogs and some products, so if anyone is interested as I said I am very casually selling it- give me hollar!!

Bald Eagle on way home from Church!!!

I kid you not!! Did anyone see it???

Driving down Temperance Rd. on our way home from church and Matt spotted a Bald Eagle sitting in the middle of a field about 100yd. from the road!

We stopped and pulled off the road waiting and watching it. Matt got out and started walking towards the field and it slowly got up and started to fly. Very slowly and very low, he then flew off into the woods.

About a year ago he spotted one flying over our subdivision and took a picture but it didn't turn out well. Very cool sight!!!

Where do you get your digital pictures from????

I am very new to this digital thing! I have over 300 pictures on my memory card. I've had it since June and tried to order pictures one time and from Sam's but I think I edited them too much or something they did not turn out good! Some one said they automatically get cropped? I dont want to take my card and sit at Walmart computer doing it. I want to do it from home, know how to do it and have good pictures.Help me!!!! I thought about Winkflash, Snapfish,etc, they are about 12 cents each. I want matte finish not glossy so Kodak is out. Do I edit them or just leave them??I am so overwhelmed!! I really don't like technology!!

HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!

My Shih-Tzi 9mo. he is chewing and has been everything!!!!!! He has ruined so much stuff!!! He will chew the rug, the chair ,toys anything in his path!! We rarely leave him unattended but he is quick! We keep him penned when we can't watch him and he is never ever left to roam. He can be very good too but when he chews he is horribly destructive!! It doesn't help that Matt doesn't like him nor did he want him but you will catch him spoiling Mugzie. And it doesn't help Maddi brings things to him, even her own toys!! Or she walks by and throws them into his caged in area!! When i find him chewing I try to give him his toys or a chew toy. Hw eats anything inside or out! He has been eating mushrooms in the yard, then he throws up he eats the mulch! He is unstoppable!! Any ideas what to do??

Tired of cooking- Bored with Dinner!!

Tell me what you typically eat, cook during the week.

I am so bored and burnt out on cooking for my extremely picky family!!

I am a great cook-I am not one to boast, at all, but people like my food, but my family is just PICKY!!!

If Mackenzie cooked it would be eggs, grilled cheese, or macarooni

If Braeden cooked it would be hamburgers, spaghetti,pizza

If Matt cooked (which he does and is a very good cook- but strictly meat) it would be fried or grilled and it would be steak or steak or steak or pork chops or chicken or steak.

Im a casserole girl but like about anything.

They will not eat soup, salad, or sandwhiches for dinner, occasionally we do breakfast food, but I normally need food Matt can easily take to work.

So just list me some of your dinner ideas!!

Walmart in Bedford- What do you think??

Well this should spark some comments!! Personally I LOVE Walmart. I'm sorry, I do! Yes my husband is in the union and I probably shouldn't be spotted there but I have Loved Walmart since My grandmother spotted one on the way to Iowa many, many years ago!!

The traffic will stink, I hope it doesn't hurt Foodtown, I'm terribly sorry for the surrounding neighborhoods. But my selfish way as I said Loves Walmart. So tell me your thoughts!!!!

The old cubs across from Miracle Mile or Northtowne area would have been a better pick but that's not an option so...

I know many are very upset and they have that right but I bet ya at some point they will need to go to Walmart and I guess if it's coming we better just accept it. Things change and no one ever said or should have expected Bedford to stay the same. Does anything stay the same?? No, there is always growth and change. Do I want a 400 house neighborhood behind me? No, but what are you going to do- accept it or move. If you can't change it zip your lips and deal with it. Crying will get you nowhere.

So, what are your opinions??? I will not judge you just want to know how people feel??

HELP!!!!!!

Every school day from 7:45- till after 8:00am our neighbor girl two doors down stands at the bus stop and fun screams and squeals at the top her lungs!!! It is so loud I can hear her from every room in my house- therefore some days it wakes Maddi way too early!!!! Her parents aren't really even out there watching her nor do they ever really watch her. I am not a confrontational person nor do I have a polite way in me when I am SO ANGRY!!!! How stupid of me to be so angry but I wanted to go tell her to SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked Matt to say something cuz he would have a much nicer way but I don't know if he will. What do I do????

That is what this blogging this has become, I don't plan on quitting but it is a bit discouraging. Few people updating and very few commenting!!! What happened to Mr. Rick and Vel-chik and annonymous:) you know who you are . I will try to update soon. Woke up LATE today!!!!!

I wanted to rise around 6:00am today, to get ready for work and do some things before I left but apperently my alarm didn't go off!!!
The only reason I woke up was because Braeden came in at 8:00am and said," Mom, I think school started and we missed the bus!"
Sure enough they did!! I flew out of bed and thank God Matt was home to help out and take them to school!!
I rarely do that but hate it when I do!! I was so dead asleep I probably would have slept till 10:00am- I had to really think about what day it was when he woke me!!! Must have been thta full moon cuz I didn't go to sleep till about 12:30am!

Do you believe people act different/weird around a full moon??

I don't normally believe in that stuff but I can always tell when there is a full moon.

I become extremely hyper and full of energy and I definitely know it at work, I normally call it before I even realize there is a full moon.

HMMMM.... What is your opion???

Spaghetti!!!!

Lots and lots of spaghetti!!! Braeden's family B-day party is Fri. and I have no portion control, therefore we have enough spaghetti for an army!!! I can never judge how much food but I don't like to run out, so you never leave my house hungry!! Spahetti, bread and salad and of course chocolate B-day cake!!!

For a 7 year old he should be having a great B-day-but I can't post his presents yet but they are big ones, he will be so excited!!

If your hungry come wish him a happy birthday at 6:30!!

Chiro Visit

was our emergency visit-ouch!!! But we had no choice! Plus the follow up visits he will need. Oh- how I wish we had Chiro coverage!! Great health insurance but no chiro.

Bowling was a success

Braeden's kid party was a success!!! Glad Matt was there to help and celebrate.

If you know me, you know I don't like large groups of kids. I don't know how to relate to them and surely don't like to discipline them- they scare me!!!

But we had 5 boys, ages6-7 and they were the nicest group of boys!! Not hyper, well behaved, polite!! So glad my son made a good choice about his friends!!

We got a great deal!! Kind of expensive but you got alot for your money!!

$10 per kid included: unlimited pop
2 pieces of pizza
1 1/2 hours of bowling
4 game room tokens and tickets to turn in for prizes
a free bowling coupon to come back
Birthday boy got a REAL bowling pin to take home and friends signed it
And we had a hostess that did everything for us!!!

Highly recommend Miracle Lanes for bowling parties-was pretty clean, not smokey and not crowded at the time they do the parties!!

Praise the Lord for Chiropractors!!!

We were on our way to church this morning and all of a sudden Matt could no longer drive his back hurt so bad. So we stopped along the way and switched seats and turned around to go back home. We were able to get ahold of his chiropractor on his emergency number on a Sunday and he met us there in an hour. He said he was so out of place it looked as tho it was comparable to a car accident injury. He is better but still has to go back because the doc couldn't get everything to move right. I just thank God we got him in because he was in horrible pain he couldnt even move!! I was sad to miss church but happy Matt is better- we also have Braeden's kids party in a few hours!!

Siberian Husky vs. Mugzie (shih tzu)

This is what I found at my back door last night -Thanks to my son Braeden.

We had just gotten home and I let Mugzie outside without really looking. Then Braeden stood at the back door almost speechless!! He said' "um, mom".

Barely paying attention cuz I was busy I responded with my usual,"what Braeden?" And to my surprise I look up and see this large Siberian Husky staring me in the eyes on my own patio!!!

I thought, Oh nice, then I remembered OH NO!!! Mugzie is outside!! So I slowly opened the patio door to grab Mugzie and they are both starring at me on the step. The husky looked at Mugzie then at me and took another step closer and almost had his head in my kitchen!!! I quickly grabbed Mugzie by the neck and threw him inside and slammed the door. The Husky looked ok, but very wet as tho he had been gone for a while- but I did'nt want to trust him. He had a look about him like if you grab that dog Im grabbing you or the dog.

He continued to hang out, walking around my table and even got in the kids baby pool and hung out. I have seen him roaming our neighborhood before.

Mugzie is ok-thank God!!!

Long time no Blog-

I know, I know. I like to use my own real pictures and I find it a terrible pain to download them from camera so therefore I don't update that often. I will try to do better for those that even care or read. Give me some topics you'd like to know about- that would realy help me. If know one responds, I'll have to assume you don't really care and I probably won't bother to update that often. No pressure readers.
